چکیده

The growth of plants promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) that live actively in plant roots and rhizosphere support has gained widespread importance agriculture. This study was carried out to obtain identify PGPR isolates from wheat soil determine their ability capacity on yield. So, were obtained soil, they identified as Bacillus sp. (B. simplex B. pumilus) by biochemical tests MALDI-TOF MS. After the seeds (Flamura-85) treated PGPR, field experiment conducted with inoculated non-inoculated at area Field Crops Department, Tekirdag Nam?k Kemal University 2016-2018. arranged a split-plot design three replicates for each treatment. In experiment, some parameters such height (PH), spike length (SL), number grain per (NGPS), weight (GWPS), yield (GY) evaluated compared between treatments. shown treatments significantly increase 9.6% 29.29%. Especially, W3 W4 strains simplex) showed significant effect According results, we can mention using promotes lead increasing wheat. use give promising results sustainable eco-friendly agricultural practices.

Effect of salinity on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) grain yield, yield components and ion uptake

Crops growing in salt-affected soils may suffer from physiological drought stress, ion toxicity, and mineral deficiency. A pot study was conducted in 2004-2005 in the Aghala area (northern Iran) to study the effect of different salinity levels, i.e. ECe= 3 (control), 8, 12 and 16 dS m-1 on wheat grain, yield components and leaf ion uptake of four Iranian wheat genotypes, i.e. Kouhdasht, Atrak, ...

Vernalisation Response of Some Winter Wheat Cultivars (Triticum aestivum L.)

For 17 cultivars of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) different vernalisation and photoperiod responses were detected. The effect of photoperiod sensitivity was not significantly changed by vernalisation; different vernalisation responses were probably due to the presence of multiple alleles at Vrn loci. The delay in heading depended on the vernalisation deficit exponentially: y = parameter (...

Effect of nitrogen levels and nitrogen ratios on lodging resistance and yield potential of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Lodging is one of the constraints that limit wheat yields and quality due to the unexpected bending or breaking stems on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) production worldwide. In addition to choosing lodging resistance varieties, husbandry practices also have a significant effect on lodging. Nitrogen management is one of the most common and efficient methods. A field experiment with Yangmai 20 as r...
